We have significant in negotiating software as a service (SaaS) contracts as in-house support to Fintechs and banks.

With Elliptic, a London based fintech start-up offering a cryptocurrency compliance SaaS solution to fight against money laundering and financial crime, as an embedded in-house resource, we were able to negotiate complex SaaS contracts and crypto support agreements with major banks and police investigation bureaus working only as many hours as the Elliptic wanted. 

Whilst with Avalon, which provided the most comprehensive trading portal in the UK displaying pensions, mortgages, general insurance and life protections together with desktop solutions for IFAs, we assisted in negotiating complex software licence agreements. 

In addition, we have worked 'in-house' providing IT commercial legal support for numerous banks and companies in such services as back office solutions for mortgages, life and pensions.
